Post Title

Use something compelling not generic. The goal is to get someone interested in clicking.

Post Content

Make sure your content contains a singular focus. Sometimes we are tempted to include everything we know about something into a post, but keep it short simple. Rule of thumb is to keep it around 500 words. Please proofread content yourself, but we will double-check it before posting.

Also, we encourage you to personalize your post to reflect your style (use lists, click to tweet, in-line photos, etc.). Our general style is to start with a story/illustration, connect to Scripture, offer brief commentary, and then offer some application step. Note: please use Scripture correctly.

Featured Image

Please get your featured image from unsplash.com. Make sure it’s a HIGH QUALITY horizontal image. Not Vertical.

*NOTE: We will change featured images that are not horizontal images from unsplash.com.

*NOTE: When looking for images please select modest photos (i.e. no shirtless men, beach scenes with people in swimsuits, or women with low-necklines).

Please enter 2-5 tags that best organize your blog post.

Post Question

Under your content there is a Post Question (Action Question). Please add a question to the end of your blog post that is relevant to your content. This will go beneath the “Anyway, I was just thinking…” tagline.

Submission

Please email an attachment of your content and featured image in a Word document to revkrishutchinson@gmail.com.

Please submit your content for review 10 days prior to scheduled post date.

Author Bio

Please include a brief bio of yourself. This should be 2-3 sentences. Tell us who you are and what you do/passionate about. Please feel free to include a photo of you and/or your family.
